A man has been arrested in West Palm Beach Wednesday after police showed he used Viagra to get an erection during a romantic encounter.
The man was arrested and charged with possession of Viagra for sale, trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, and dealing in a controlled substance.
Police said the man, who was believed to be in his 20s, is currently in jail and he faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. The man's lawyer, Michael J. Leuchtenburg, said police will keep an eye on the man and his family.

The Palm Beach Sheriff's Department will meet with the man's family at his home and he will be brought to the jail where he will be held on one count of trafficking in a controlled substance and one count of dealing in a controlled substance.
T. J. Bresch is the current Los Angeles County Sheriff's Officer for the State of California.In an interview, Bresch said he used Viagra to get an erection during a romantic encounter last year when he was with a woman who was having trouble with her breasts.
"It was a pretty good experience and I did feel that, as a young man, I was not as good as the young woman," he said.
The woman had a private relationship with Bresch because Bresch, who is a sexual enhancer for men, works as a public health officer for a state-owned sexology company in West Palm Beach, Sutton said.
